The Sapienza School for Advanced Studies (SSAS) is pleased to host the workshop “Designing and Publishing High-Impact Management Research Using the AMJ Management Research Canvas.”

The event will feature keynote speaker Quinetta M. Roberson, Editor-in-Chief of the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ). The workshop is organized by the Sapienza Faculty of Economics – Department of Management, funded by SSAS, and supported by the Academy of Management and its Management History Division.

This interactive workshop is designed for scholars seeking to design and publish high-impact management research. Centered on the AMJ Management Research Canvas, the workshop emphasizes how strong projects are crafted before data collection begins and how they are evaluated during the editorial review process. Participants will gain both a practical design tool and insider insight into how editors and reviewers assess theoretical contribution, empirical rigor, and overall publishability.
